Back to Business

It’s six months into the year, with six more months left to go.  Now is as good a time as any to take stock and re-energize.

What are the three things you are most proud accomplishing in your business during the past 90 days, and what did it do to generate a return for you?

What are the three things you are focusing on in the next 90 days to generate a return for you?

Summertime is a good period to  reflect on your business’ health.  Make a list of ideas for the future and turn that list into business objectives.  Think about how you would like your business to purposefully evolve as well as your role. All things are possible if we organize and find people who can lend their support.

Keep The Motivation Going

All successful people need motivation to keep going.  Most people have a high internal reservoir that they tap into and they continue to feed.  Most also look outside of themselves for that energy.  What are you doing to feed your internal reserve and what outside energy sources are you accessing?

Find New Ideas

The next time you are in a store, walk in a different entrance or walk down a different aisle. Take notice of   new patterns and trends.  Ask yourself, how you can use these findings in your business.  You might be surprised at what you can do.

Continue To Build Your Networks

Networking can be simple or complex., but the power of three is all you need.

1.     Connect with one person in your network each day whom you have not connected with in over 90 days.  Tell them one new thing about your business.

2.     Connect with one person in your network each day whom someone recommended to you.   Start asking people around you for  introductions to key contacts and leaders.

3.     Connect with one person in your network each day who  has nothing to do with what you do each day.  Find out the new goals that they are pursuing.

Think about it:  If you connect with three people each day, five days a week for four weeks, in one month you would have connected with 60 people … and did not put one mile on your car, lost one minute of commute time, or inconvenienced your schedule.  This is the new definition of priceless!
