The Wharton Marketing Matters Business radio show on Sirius XM recently featured our very own Mark Burgess, along with his wife and business partner Cheryl, to discuss social employee advocacy marketing and how to develop social leaders in organizations. Mark is a distinguished professor of marketing in the Rutgers Master's of Business and Science program and President of Blue Focus Marketing® LLC, an award-winning social brand consultancy. He and Cheryl also co-authored The Social Employee (McGraw-Hill), a successful new book that highlights the critical role engaged employees play in brand marketing.
