Non-Degree/Non-Matriculating

Is this option right for me?

This option is open to only those students who are interested in eventually pursuing the MBS degree but may not have all the requirements ready at the time of application (e.g. letters of recommendation) and would like to start taking courses 

If you are on an F1 or J1 visa, you are not eligible for part-time non-degree study

How do I apply?

  1. Visit http://gradstudy.rutgers.edu/apply/apply-now
  2. Create a CommunityID
  3. Once you’ve logged into the application portal, on the bottom left, click the “Start Application” button
  4. After you complete your background information, you will then go to the portion of your application called “Program of Study”
  5. For "Applicant Type: Choose “Non-Degree”
  6. For “Area of Study”: Choose “Business and Science”
  7. For “Location/Instructional Method” choose one of the folllowing:
    1. “Camden”
    2. “New Brunswick”
    3. “Newark”
    4. “Online”
  8. Select your desired program (Computer and Information Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering) and concentration and continue with the application
