We have so many exciting things on the horizon for 2022, because we’re GROWING!
First, we are so excited to offer a new concentration in Product Development, which will be open for registration this spring and will formally commence in summer 2022. We are thrilled with this expansion and all who helped make it happen. Stay tuned for more details as well as a fun and informative Q&A with Rupa Misra, Ed.D., Assistant Professor & Director of MBS’s User Experience Design (UXD) concentration, on how this new offering came to be.
ALSO…drawing on our strength in regulatory, we are thrilled to offer a special topic of interest to both our degree students and Continuing Education students interested in Food Science and/ or Global Food Technology and Innovation.
- Alcoholic Beverage Regulation: Wine, Beer and Spirits (16:137:601) This course will introduce students to the legal and regulatory systems that govern the production, labeling, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and spirits, and will feature industry experts as special guest lecturers!
