Thomas Hayes

Thomas Hayes is a Master of Business and Science (MBS) student in Global Food Technology & Innovation. He currently works as a Food & Nutrition Analyst at Lux Research in Singapore. In this role, he advises organizations how to capitalize on emerging technologies related to alternative proteins, personalized nutrition, reformulation and more. Ultimately, he supports clients making business decisions in the context of technology. Thomas is pursuing an MBS degree in Global Food Technology & Innovation to enhance his technical expertise and advance his business acumen.

September in Singapore: A Month in the Life of a New MBS Student

September is a busy time here in Singapore – many conferences are hosted in the month after summer comes to a close. I had the good fortune of being able to speak at two of those conferences: the Asia Reformulation Conference and Vitafoods Asia, both on behalf of my employer, Lux Research, where I am a Food & Nutrition Analyst.
