The Rutgers Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program warmly welcomed our new students for the fall 2023 semester! On Wednesday, August 2023, new MBS students joined faculty and staff for a thrilling introduction to our program. Hosted at the beautiful Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center, MBS executive coach and instructor Kathleen Cashman inspired students and shared how our program can help them reach their goals.

At the Professional Science Master’s program, we provide our students with cutting-edge education. Due to the recent explosion of artificial intelligence (AI) in the media and workplace, we created the brand-new course Special Topics: Basics of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning as a primer for those who do not have a technical background.

At the Rutgers Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program, we encourage students to explore innovation. Recently, we were invited to share our knowledge at the Midwest Engineering Entrepreneurship Network (MEEN) Conference.

In the Professional Science Master’s program, our professors are experts in their fields—guiding students using their vast experience and know-how. Many MBS students know Professor Braun Kiess as instructor of the core MBS course Principles of Accounting and Finance.  

There is no doubt that networking is vital to career advancement for most professionals. According to Forbes, professional networking allows you to exchange ideas, get noticed in your industry (which can lead to new opportunities), improve your creative intellect, grow your confidence, develop long-lasting relationships, and more.

In the Professional Science Master’s program, our courses are designed to prepare students for success. This week, we’re highlighting a newer addition to our catalog—the course Alcoholic Beverage Regulation: Wine, Beer, and Spirits.
