DYL: Designing Your Career

Design thinking helps you design your career by encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and learning from small, low-risk actions rather than trying to plan everything upfront. Instead of searching for a single “right” path, you prototype different options, reflect on what energizes you, and adjust based on real experiences. This mindset makes career path choices more flexible, human-centered, and resilient as your interests and circumstances evolve.

Full participation with your webcam and audio is expected for all DYL workshops.
