User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA), NJ Chapter is hosting this event and the Rutgers MBS program is sponsoring this event.

The speaker for this interactive event is Kyle Godbey. He is the Transformation Designer at Capital One. His mission with this work is to create new practices that utilize the generative power and natural inclusivity of complex systems to design sustainable and equitable change.

He will discuss the methods and tools for collecting information, framing problems, and inventing through iterative prototyping and testing and help answer some of the following questions: How do we research or make commitments in a system that is unknowable and constantly changing? How do we make sense of or codify what’s happening and what should happen in systems where opportunity and necessity are more important than the order of operations? How do we deliver solutions in a system full of self organizing agents responding to context and a constant shifting in intention and identity?
