Drawing from over 800 interviews with women leaders and my own journey, we’ll explore strategies to design information systems that empower diverse user groups. Attendees will gain insights into creating architectures that not only organize information effectively but also foster user confidence and inclusivity.

​Sheena Yap Chan is a Wall Street Journal bestselling author, keynote speaker, and movement leader on a mission to make confidence visible in leadership, in organizations, and in every room where women show up.

As the founder of the Confidence Through Visibility movement, Sheena is globally recognized for her work in helping women bridge the confidence gap and lead unapologetically through the power of visibility.

She is the host of The Tao of Self-Confidence podcast and author of two bestselling books, including her Wall Street Journal bestseller The Tao of Self-Confidence and her latest release, Bridging the Confidence Gap.

Through her proprietary VISIBLE Framework, Sheena delivers keynotes and corporate programs that help organizations:

• Equip diverse teams to lead with impact
