Student FAQs

To sign in from the app, be sure to select "Professional Science Master's Program". Then, you will sign in with your Rutgers SSO credentials. 

To sign in from the website, you will be directed to the Rutgers SSO verification (NetID and password).

Recently Admitted Students
If you were recently admitted and are unable to access the Student Success Tool, please note that there may be a delay before your account becomes active in the system.
 
Common Login Issues
  • Your Rutgers account or program access may still be processing after admission or enrollment
  • The incorrect program option was selected in the app.
  • Your Rutgers NetID has not yet been activated
  • Incorrect NetID or password entered
What to Do
  • Allow up to 24–48 hours after admission, enrollment, or NetID activation for access to become available
  • Confirm you selected “Professional Science Master’s Program” in the app
  • Verify that you can successfully log in to other Rutgers services using your NetID
  • Try resetting your Rutgers password if needed
