Description

Take a deep dive into the ways that systems, products, or services can be evaluated for their usability. Carry out real-life project assignments to apply lessons learned.

By the end of this course, be able to:

  • Execute, analyze, and document a heuristic evaluation
  • Create a test plan for usability testing
