Overview

Learn Adobe Dreamweaver, Animate, and Photoshop to prepare for the Adobe Certified Professional in Web Design exams.

First impressions can create interest, grab attention, and a well-designed website can encourage clients to return. So, if you are interested in obtaining the skills to get started in Web Design, this is the course for you! You will learn three Adobe programs that focus on web design: Dreamweaver, Animate, and Photoshop. Upon completion, you will know how to work with the software applications and be prepared to take the Adobe Certified Professional exam for each. Once you earn the Dreamweaver and either the Animate or Photoshop Adobe Certified Professional certifications, you will also achieve the Adobe Certified Professional in Web Design.

This course offers enrollment with vouchers. The voucher is pre-paid access to sit for the certifying exam upon eligibility.

When you register, you receive 6 months to complete this program. Should you need additional time, you can request an extension, however there may be an additional charge*

Requirements

Hardware Requirements:

  • This course can be taken on either a PC or Mac. A Chromebook is not compatible.

Software Requirements:

  • PC: Windows 10 or later operating systems
  • Mac: OS 10.8 or later
  • Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Animate
  • Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins

Other:

  • Email capabilities and access to a personal email account.

Instructional Material Requirements:

  • The instructional materials required for this course are included in enrollment and will be available online.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to take this course; however, you must have familiarity with using a personal computer and in a Windows or Mac environment. You must also be able to launch and close programs, navigate to information stored on the computer, and manage files and folders.
