Right off Route 202 in Readington, New Jersey, lies a 25-acre farm brewery. On June 6th, Master of Business and Science (MBS) alumni gathered to connect, mingle, and enjoy beer at Readington Brewery and Hop Farm.
This was the second gathering that the Professional Science Master’s (PSM) has hosted at the scenic Readington Brewery and Hop Farm. The brewery is owned and co-founded by MBS instructor Braun Keiss, who teaches the course Principles of Finance and Accounting.
Alumni new and old—including members of the 2024 graduating class—joined MBS faculty and staff. The farm is family-friendly, featuring a playground, beautiful rows of hops, and even racing goats. Live music was provided by none other than Kevin Rupert, an MBS alumni who also supports Dr. Tom Bryant in our signature Capstone course.
Partway through the evening, Abbe Rosenthal, MA, PCC, DYL Certified Coach & Facilitator, MBS Assistant Director and Executive Coach, and Caroline Thorpe, MBS Senior Marketing Manager (and MBS alumni!) addressed the crowd. They highlighted the innumerable benefits of being part of a strong alumni community—and the MBS alumni community spans across industries, professional functions, and geographic locations.
The MBS alumni community is growing! Our alumni continue to give back to our community by mentoring students through our Externship Exchange program, participating in industry panels, and visiting our classrooms to give guest lectures.
MBS alumni—we're introducing a new way for you to stay connected and engaged through Graduway, an exclusive alumni platform. Keep an eye out for an email from Abbe Rosenthal with further details.
