DYL: Balance, Energy & Mindfulness

Design thinking, as described in the books entitled Designing Your Life, helps improve balance, energy, and mindfulness by encouraging you to intentionally design your days and notice what activities energize or drain you. By reflecting on these patterns and making small, low-risk adjustments, you can design a life that aligns more closely with your values rather than running on autopilot. This mindful, experimental approach reduces burnout and creates a healthier sense of balance over time.
Full participation with your webcam and audio is expected for all DYL workshops.
