MBS Café: Brand Identity 101: What’s YOUR Story?

The speaker for this webinar is Skye Dillon. Based in New Jersey, Skye is the Founder of SKYE, leader within the sports branding industry. With nearly 20 years of experience in that field, he has been instrumental in the creation of some of the highest-visibility brands across all sports categories, with experience including work for the NCAA, MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL, NHL, Concacaf, Conmebol, minor league sports, as well as academic and athletic branding within higher education. Over the past few years, SKYE has evolved into a full-service branding agency, with Skye serving as Creative Director leading a diverse team of creatives. The company’s mission is to become the global leader in sport branding.

The talk will focus on Brand Identity. Our vocational calling is a thrill to discover and an adventure to live out. We each represent our own distinct ‘brand’. In this session, we will discuss how an introspective understanding of oneself creates the catalyst to unlock professional purpose. ‘What am I PASSIONATE about? What am I REALLY GOOD at?’ It is within this convergence that vocational calling can be found. Q&A will follow a brief talk by Skye Dillon, Founder of SKYE, as he shares his own personal career journey in the world of sports branding as an illustration to the value of discovering, cultivating, and relentlessly promoting an authentic personal brand.
