MBS Café: An Introduction to Design Thinking Workshops

The speaker for this webinar is Gloria Julien. Gloria is a mechanical engineer turned user experience designer and design thinking facilitator for the U.S. government. She also holds a certification in coaching which she regularly relies on this experience to facilitate design thinking workshops more effectively.

Gloria’s talk will be an unstructured introduction and open discussion on design thinking theory, some common methods, breaking into the role, and facilitating groups. We'll touch on how to put it into practice, including generating buy-in from customers and other stakeholders. Come prepared with questions!
