Realities of Implementing UX in the Workplace

The speaker for this event will be Gloria Julien. Gloria works for the Department of Navy as a civilian UX lead. She is leading user experience as a whole, including setting up a user research lab, running design thinking workshops, and educating others on what UX is. Her experience started out in mechanical engineering and pivoted in 2018 where she began her journey as a UXer through the Masters program at Jefferson University.
