World Information Architecture Association (WIAA) is hosting this event, and the Rutgers MBS program is supporting it.
The speaker for this interactive event is John O’Gorman, a veteran practitioner in the Information Management discipline and the creator of Q6, a set of faceted classification protocols that build on the foundational “Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How” lexical framework. His extensive experience spans multiple industry verticals, including healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, education, software documentation, and entertainment. John’s current work focuses on the intersection of knowledge graphs, large language models, and enterprise information interoperability.
In this talk, John will demonstrate the value of Information Universals and how they provide stability and coherence across business glossaries, knowledge graphs, data catalogs, and document-tagging/retrieval systems.
You can find more information about the event here.
Please join our WIA café for a wonderful session on designing better products.
