Through this hands-on, project-based course, apply elements of data science and analytics to a practical project related to the food industry, including areas such as product development and sensory perception, market analytics, food safety and quality, and quality control in food manufacturing and distribution—learning the key specialized skills necessary to advance in the field of food science. Work in teams under the guidance of a course instructor and/or industrial mentor.
