Rutgers University offers a wide range of campus resources that students can access throughout the year, which you can use to help you plan your career, support your mental health and wellness, find your community, and minimize debt.
Below are some campus resources that are available and free to all Rutgers University students (including Master of Business and Science degree students).
Career Exploration & Success
Rutgers Career Exploration & Success supports students with career planning, resume and interview preparation, job and internship searches, and professional development resources to help students navigate their career paths with confidence. All Master of Business and Science students also have access to our Executive Coaching—more on that later.
Rutgers Student Food Pantry
The Rutgers Student Food Pantry supports students’ basic food needs by providing access to pantry items and fresh produce, including offerings from the Rutgers Farmers Market. These resources help ensure students have consistent access to nutritious food throughout the semester.
Counseling, Alcohol and Other Drug Assistance Program & Psychiatric Services (CAPS)
CAPS is our university mental health support service. It offers counseling services, mental health support, and resources related to alcohol and other drug assistance, helping students prioritize their mental and emotional well-being throughout the academic year.
Rutgers GetInvolved
Rutgers GetInvolved is a centralized platform where students can explore various student organizations, discover campus events, and track involvement, making it easier to find community and stay engaged beyond the classroom.
Rutgers Makerspace
The Rutgers Makerspace provides students with access to tools, equipment, and collaborative spaces to design, build, and prototype projects, supporting hands-on creativity and innovation across disciplines.
Rutgers Global
Rutgers Global offers services and support for international students, including guidance on visas, immigration, taxes, and academic support, helping students navigate their journey from arrival through graduation and beyond.
ScarletWell
ScarletWell delivers programs, trainings, workshops, grants, and events designed to promote health and well-being across the Rutgers–New Brunswick community, encouraging students to prioritize balance and self-care in a fast-paced academic environment.
GradFund
GradFund is a service offered by the Rutgers School of Graduate Studies that helps graduate students identify and develop applications for competitive funding opportunities.
Resources for MBS students
As a Master of Business and Science student, you have access to additional resources to help you on your journey through our program.
- Executive Coaching: Executive coaches provide one-on-one coaching and specialized workshops, using the DYL framework, to help students become—and remain—innovators and leaders.
- Meet with your Advisor: MBS Academic Advisors are always here to support our students! Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to help you find your path through MBS.
- Navigate360: Navigate360 is a student success app that will support your academic and professional goals. You can use it to stay organized, find study-buddies in your classes, and more—including booking an appointment with our Student Success Specialist.
