Students will step inside a real federal courtroom at the Federal Courthouse in Newark for a firsthand look at the role of the judiciary in American economic life.
A sitting federal judge will share remarks on how the federal courts shape commercial activity, bringing course concepts into a real-world setting. The courthouse itself provides a powerful backdrop for exploring the authority and influence of the federal judicial system.
If you would like to take a private bus with other MBS students, please meet at the Labor Ed Center at 3:00pm. We need a specific headcount for the private bus, so if you register on eventbrite and indicate you are taking the bus, you must arrive and arrive on time.
This is a 3-part series.
