Business Courses

A total of 19 credits are required in the business curriculum.

• 16:137:507 Market Assessment and Analysis for Business and Science - Life Sciences (3cr)
• 16:137:530 Principles of Accounting and Finance for Science and Technology (3cr)
• 16:137:600 Science and Technology Management Capstone (3cr)

Science Courses

A total of 24 credits are required in the science curriculum. Students must select eight out of the following Rutgers and/or NJIT courses:
 

• EM 631         Legal Aspects in Environmental Engineering (3cr)

• ENE 611   Environmental Microbiology (3cr)  OR   EVSC 627   Environmental Microbiology (3cr)

• ENE 630   Physical Processes of Environmental Systems (3cr)

• ENE 662   Site Remediation (3cr)

• ENE 664   Physical and Chemical Treatment (3cr)

• ENE 665   Biological Treatment (3cr)

• EVSC 610 Environmental Chemical Science (3cr)

• EVSC 616   Toxicology for Engineers and Scientists (3cr) 

Students are also urged to take Hazwoper training if they do not have it already. In addition to continuing education, it is also given as part of 11:375:434 Industrial Hygiene (New Brunswick).
