Two years ago, Rutgers MBS students, staff, and faculty departed for spring break…and returned to a 100% remote-learning platform and the world of higher-ed during COVID-19.

As the field of User Experience (UX) continues to grow, so do the number of amazing career opportunities—and the number of job titles. Industry growth is exciting; however, the mind-boggling number of job titles (or mis-titles) can be really, really confusing.

Decoding UX Job Titles and Job Descriptions

Through Rutgers Master of Business and Science (MBS) Externship Exchange program, students are matched to corporate-sponsored small projects in teams ranging in size from two to nine students each semester. Far from "problem + ingenuity = solution" simplistic, the MBS Externship Exchange, which continues to grow exponentially, is a great success story.
