On April 25, 2026, the Master of Business and Science (MBS) Degree Program joined the Rutgers Day celebrations with a booth at the Busch Student Center Multipurpose Room. The table was hosted by Constance Anders Woolley, Senior Program Coordinator for Admissions and Enrollment, Alexandra Sollena, Administrative Assistant for Admissions and Enrollment, Brenda Rodriguez, Student Success and Engagement Specialist, Lars Sorensesen, Cybersecurity Coordinator, and MBS student workers, who welcomed visitors, answered questions, and shared information about the program.

On January 30, 2026, MBS students were invited to attend the Career Fair Prep: Virtual Friday workshop on Zoom, where Assistant Director and Executive Coach Abbe Rosenthal guided participants in building strong, confident pitches for recruiters and employers.

We hosted a holiday party at the Rutgers Club in December for our students, but the fun didn’t stop there! On January 13^th, we hosted an online holiday celebration. 

Networking plays a crucial role in professional development, often opening doors to new connections, exciting projects, and better career opportunities. In fact, Hubspot reports that 85% of jobs are filled through networking. A referral or insight from your network can give you a significant edge in today’s competitive job market, often leading to that job offer.

The spring 2024 semester is in full swing! At the Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program, we strive to give all of our students opportunities to make lasting connections while pursuing the Master of Business and Science (MBS) degree. On January 26^th, PSM Assistant Director and Executive Coach Abbe Rosenthal, MA, PCC, DYL Certified Coach, hosted a virtual welcome for our new students to give them a taste of the PSM community. 

The holiday season is a time of festivities and joy. On December 14^th, The Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program hosted our annual holiday party! We invited members of the PSM program to join us at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center for a night of great food, conversation, and memories. 

The Rutgers Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program started off the semester with an exciting event. On Wednesday, January 11th, we invited new MBS students to our office in the SERC building for orientation. 25 new students were welcomed by MBS faculty, staff, and alumni. Students who could not join us in person were welcomed via a virtual orientation the following night.

A Night to Remember 

The Rutgers Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program continued our tradition of celebrating the holidays with students, alumni, staff, and faculty. On December 19th, we celebrated the end of another fantastic semester at The Rutgers Club. The event came as students wrapped up their finals, a worthy cause for celebration.  

On Monday, October 31st, the Rutgers Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program held a spooky celebration. Students were invited to our office in the SERC building for lunch, candy, and a fun activity. After the popularity of last year’s outdoor Halloween meet and greet, we were thrilled to host another in-person event.
