In our professional lives, we’ll often act in a great number of situations—meetings, client discussions, team projects—that seem routine. Yet through the teachings of the Rutgers Master of Business and Science (MBS) Externship Exchange program, I learned that familiarity can be deceptive. What may feel like a call to act based on one’s previous experiences or understanding of similar situations is actually an opportunity to test new strategies and see old problems through sharper lenses. 

On Friday, October 17, 2025, the Master of Business and Science (MBS) community came together over Zoom for another Virtual Friday event of the semester - Level Up Your LinkedIn Profile. The session was co-hosted by Abbe Rosenthal, Assistant Director and Executive Coach, and Brenda Rodriguez, Student Success and Engagement Specialist.

On April 19^th, 90 Master of Business and Science (MBS) students gathered for an insightful session led by MBS Executive Coach and Assistant Director Abbe Rosenthal, MA, PCC, DYL Certified Coach. Rosenthal was joined by Liyana Johan, Customer Success and Education Manager for Jobscan.
