At the Professional Science Master’s program, we strive to provide our students with insight from experts. This is accomplished through our alumni-student mentoring program, guidance from our Industrial Advisory board, networking events we host, and by inviting industry professionals into our classrooms.
Ankit Sharma, a Master of Business and Science (MBS) student, is using his data science and analytics skills to fight human trafficking. Sharma, MBS’23 was awarded a fellowship from Collaborative Solutions LLC for pinpointing human-trafficking hotspots using mapping and analysis software.
In the Professional Science Master’s program, we strive to provide our students with opportunities for experiential learning. Professor Mark Burgess’ course Market Assessment and Analysis for Business and Science, a foundational MBS course, exemplifies this commitment by inviting industry professionals to provide real-world insight into the workforce.
